About DisabilityFiled
Why we built this
We created DisabilityFiled because applying for SSDI should not feel like a second full-time job. The process is confusing by design, and we wanted to give people a fair shot at getting the benefits they have earned.
The problem
Most initial SSDI applications are denied, and incomplete applications and missing medical evidence are among the common reasons. Hiring a representative often means giving up a percentage of your backpay. Many people just need help getting their own information organized before they file.
How DisabilityFiled works
DisabilityFiled walks you through a free guided intake in plain language: your conditions, treatment, work history, and daily limitations. It scores how complete your information is and flags the blank spots. If you want, a one-time $49 Complete Packet organizes your answers into a printable reference you can use while completing the official SSA forms yourself. You keep 100% of your benefits because we never take a percentage.
What we are, and what we are not
DisabilityFiled is a document preparation and organization service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, we do not represent anyone before the SSA, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration. We do not promise approvals or outcomes. If you need legal representation, a qualified disability attorney is the right resource.
